I just recently subscribed, and then this happen when i try to upload a torrent file, pls help

I realize you have costs in handling all this, but on your end would there be that much difference between multiple accounts and one larger/concatenated account with the same total commit?

it finished downloading and it sent me an email, but everytime i press the button "Download" it sends me to a page saying file not found

There is a problem that rarely occurred but now its quite frequent. Some of my downloads are stopping exactly at 99.98% and not downloading or resuming after that. I tried every option in IDM. Its happening quite a lot and now I don't think its a coincidence. Please look into it.
