I have a Pro account and was trying to download a 5.87 GB torrent. It downloaded into boxopus okay, however, I can not save it using the "Save" button (disabled) or click on it's link to download it. Checking the link in  it's source it says Sorry, this torrent cannot be archived. 

I can save the torrent by downloading it's constituent files, but was asking if this could be fixed. Or a way to download them as a folder instead of each file.

When i add my torrent, it says will be download ... wait for your turn. I kept on waiting for almost an hour and nothing happened.

Boxous you need to understand that some users are coming to this site bcoz they don't want slow download due to some seed/peer ratio issue in utorrent ( torrent client ) but when you tell that it will get download after some time, it annoyes us ( atleast me )

Either tell us specifically how much time or don't put this thing b/w our downloading.

When I check the pricing page it says I get 1GB Maximum torrent file with the free account:



Then when I try to download an 865.56 MB file it says the limit is 512 MB for free user:



Please let me know what's going on...

It just happens every now and then, but it sucks that I used up my quota on something I can't even download.

I am not happy with the decreased torrent size limit. NOw i have to look somewhere  else to download my files.

i added some torrents but every time it says updating torrent info and does not download

I want to delete files from downloaded torrents. But unable to delete existing and add new torrents. i Have available traffic left but Add new torrent link is not working
